•  The textbooks are an excellent resource however they are just that, resources and do not drive the curriculum.

•  Overall, students are performing better at the elementary band on standardized test and data shows that the performance gaps in narrowing between the state scores and system scores. All grades kindergarten through fifth showed gains in mathematics a measured by the CRCT.

•  The Move It Math supplemental program currently in use about a third of the elementary schools is in its third year. Success rates vary among with schools.
